Return Policy

- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and restocking fees.

- All returns require an RMA number before returning. To request an RMA, please send an email to RMA@RainShowerheads.com with "RMA" in the subject line. You will receive an automated RMA and instructions by return email.

- Since many of our orders cost much more to ship than our flat-rate $8.95 shipping fee, returns will be deducted by the greater of the $8.95 shipping charge or our actual shipping cost (This amount will be indicated on the shipping label)

- A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted on items returned undamaged

- Damaged returns are charged a restocking fee of 50%

(Note: By far the most common source of damage is deep scratches in the finish of the collar from improper installation using pliers or a pipe wrench instead of a crescent wrench, or without using a soft cloth to protect the finish. If you install your shower arm or shower head using pliers and without a soft cloth to protect the shower arm or shower head, damage will likely result. We recommend using a crescent wrench with a soft cloth wrapped around the collar of the shower head or shower arm when installing or removing.)
